original_post:_3/22/2007____________________________ Rarely, do I use an expletive to make an emotional point. I needed Rae to have that moment in this strip, after basically being used and cheated. I don’t want to have to torture my characters, but I kind of like to for the drama, which makes their lives interesting. Rae’s journey is discovering her true self and overcoming her naiveté, and this is a big wake up call to do that.
