If he was in a relationship that had some rockiness to it, I had to show his sensitive side. This also carries on a theme I play with a lot in the strip, it’s tricky to date people that you work with. In this case, the band is something that Damion is extremely protective of, and he didn’t want Lydia to get involved to potentially mess it up. Luckily, he’s able to look past this and see that she was doing a good job.
