original_post:_10/28/2000______ I started STRIPTEASE when I was in grad school for sequential art. The strip started as a project for a modern art history class, where we were supposed to interview creators in our field and produce a work that inspired us from those interviews. I thought this was a particularly interesting assignment, especially for an art history class. My project became motivation for starting the comic. But I was also using the comic to take care of assignments for other classes. This page was for a visual comics narrative class that had to be one page, and focus on inking. Since I was still experimenting with the format, and I was really into the "webcomics can be shaped like anything" idea, I figured, why not? Max's head is especially big in the first panel.
