original_post:10/9/2008____________________________ A little nod to Peanuts here, talking over the fence. This time it’s a brick wall of some kind, but still. This was also a nice balance to the previous strip. Max feels like he can open up to Tommy, and share that he’s unsure about things. Tommy, of course, has a way of making it have deeper meaning, which foils Max’s attempt at simplicity. I like the word play in this one, and I hope it came across as clever as intended.
