original_post: 2/14/2008____________________________I like the simplicity of this strip. It’s one panel, which I don’t do too often, but when I did, it was to show it was an important moment. I wanted to honor these character’s lives, show that this was a big turning point for them, and kind of bump them up to bigger characters. it also showed Kim having a moment of maturity, beyond her sexual desires. Plus it came out on Valentine’s day, which I thought was kind of ironic.
