original_post: 2/12/2008____________________________ I felt like I had to approach Mia having a boyfriend a little softly. She is in college, so it’s not a big deal, but I didn’t want to make her overly sexual, to keep the innocent nature of her character. This lines up with what Max perceives, and makes it that much more of a shock for him, and the reader, when we find out she’s being a little promiscuous.
