Emily is more reluctant on the whole thing, but she realizes that family is important to Tommy. I never really revealed that Emily was an only child, so she has trouble seeing the sibling connection that some of her friends have. It’s also good to see Tommy learning from some of his mistakes, because he cannot be perfect all the time, geez!
