Rachael saying that she's gotten used to Kim being naked in front of her, but Rachael can't even change with Kim around. This solidifies Rachael just being a little shy and unsure of herself and her body. This strip also has mention of Kim's various tattoos. I think there's definitely some tattoos we never saw during the entire run of the comic.
