Some people thought this was a sign that she had a glimmer of the evil that Naomi had. Some people still thought that this WAS Naomi*, and she was somehow still posing as Alli. *nope, still dead. But the elbow to the boob kind of made every female reader wince a little bit. I guess that's just a "low blow".
